Simple Cucumber Salad

This simple salad is nothing more than slices of cucumber, a good splash of mild vinegar, a little suagr and salt. It's simple, refreshing, and delicious, especially with homegrown cucumbers.

Preparation

Combine the vinegar, sugar and salt in a medium sized bowl and mix until sugar and salt are dissolved. Add the cucumbers and toss to coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
