100% would make this recipe for Never-fail Rib Rub again.

Try putting a little apple juice in a spray bottle and spray the ribs about every 15 minutes in the last hour of cooking time. We did this with the last batch of ribs and loved it. It kept them moist and gave them a spicy, sweet flavor.

Mix half the spice mix with 1 cup pineapple or mango juice and heat to dissolve the sugar. Baste the ribs - no need to spray with apple juice. Pineapple juice acts as a natural tenderizer as well. Delicious!

I don't have a barbecue becaue I live in an apartment building and must cook in an oven. This is an excellent mix of spices. Just add the dry ingredients to 1/2 cup of fruit juice (mango, pineapple, apple, or other) and you have a great sauce for oven cooking indoors. Keeps well in the fridge.
