This is an old family favorite. My father was a kitchen designer. One of his customers liked her kitchen so much, she gave him this recipe as a thank you. My mother has been making this for over thirty years. While there are many Irish Bread recipes out there this is the only one I've seen calling for Grape Nuts, or All Bran Buds.
