Apple Cinnamon Muffins Ingredients

1 cup Butter 2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs 2 cups Cinnamon Applesauce (hot) - or regular applesauce - add cinnamon
2 teaspoons Baking soda 4 cups Flour
1/8 teaspoon Salt

Instructions for Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Place applesauce and sticks of butter in large bowl and heat in microwave until butter is melted (approximately 5 minutes - stirring after each minute). Mix all ingredients together.

Bake at 350 degrees - mini muffins for 10-15 minutes, regualr muffins for 20-25 minutes.

This mixture may be kept in the fridge for several weeks. It makes a large batch.
