Green Bean Salad Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) Green
Beans
drained
1 tablespoon Onion
minced
3 Eggs boiled,
cool
ed and peeled
1 teaspoon
Sugar
-free sweet relish
1/4 cup
Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Yellow
mustard
Instructions for Green Bean Salad
Pour beans into colander- let stand at least 30 minutes.
Finely dice eggs and combine with beans and all remaining ingredients.
Toss to coat well.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
Per Serving: 178 Calories; 16g Fat (74.7% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 6g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 164mg Cholesterol; 420mg Sodium.
