Jody's Pumpkin Bake Ingredients

16 ounces Cream cheese 1 tablespoon Pumpkin pie spice
16 ounces Cream cheese 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
10 Eggs 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
10 Eggs Liquid Splenda equivalent to 1 cup sugar
2 cans (15 oz) Pumpkin

Instructions for Jody's Pumpkin Bake

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2" pan with non-stick spray; set aside.

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Blend in remaining ingredients until well-mixed.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is firm to touch, and knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.

Cool, then chill before serving.

Per Serving: 220 Calories; 18g Fat (70.5% calories from fat); 9g Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 218mg Cholesterol; 174mg Sodium.
