These are really fun to make, but can be somewhat time consuming. The best way to prepare is to do other things while these fry, to help save some time. You can eat these plain, or buy dipping sauce at asian grocery stores.

Simple Beef Gyoza's Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Green Onions Chopped2 teaspoon Teriyaki Sauce
3 cloves Garlic Diced1 pk Won Ton Wraps
1/2 cup Chives Chopped1 large Egg Beaten
1 tablespoon Mirin 2 tablespoons Oil For Frying

Instructions for Simple Beef Gyoza's

Combine Ground Beef, Green Onions, Garlic, Chives, Mirin, Soy Sauce, and Teriyaki Sauce in a large bowl. Stir to combine well.

Place a spoonful of the beef mixture into each Won Ton Wrapper. Be sure not to fill too full. Use a brush, or you finger, to line two adjacent sides of the wrapper with the beaten egg.

Fold in half, making a triangle. Each side with egg should come together with a side that doesn't have egg.

Pan-Fry with 2 tablespoons of oil. Use either Sesame Oil, or Peanut Oil, depending on the flavor you prefer.
