Instructions for "doesn't Anybody Eat At The Same Time?" Burritos

If the tortillas are cold, heat them for 10 seconds in the microwave to make them flexible for wrapping. Place tortillas on work surface. Spoon ingredients in a line down the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, if desired, and wrap up burrito style. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate for later, or heat right away in a 400? oven for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream and salsa, if desired.

These burritos are great because they can be wrapped and refrigerated, then heated any time. It's best to wrap them in foil. If you want to heat them in the microwave, remove the foil, and zap for 2 to 3 minutes. [I posted this recipe.]
