Herbed Spareribs Ingredients

3 lbs. spareribs 1/2 teaspoon salt
salt and pepper 1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 Tbsp. oil 1/4 tsp. thyme
1 clove garlic crushed 1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. vinegar 1 cup tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 cup water
1 tsp. dry mustard

Instructions for Herbed Spareribs

Cut spareribs into serving size pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Heat oil in saucepan and saute onion and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.Parboil spareribs,drain and place in a roasting pan. Cover with sauce and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
