Kelley's Mom's Grits Casserole Ingredients

1 pound Sausage 4 cups Water
1/2 cup Green pepper chopped1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Onion chopped1 can (12 oz) Crm celery soup
1 cup Celery chopped1 cup Cheddar grated
1 cup Grits (instant)

Instructions for Kelley's Mom's Grits Casserole

Preheat oven to 375. Brown sausage, add pepper, onion, celery and saute. Cook grits in water and salt until done. Combine grits w/sausage mixture. Pour into 2 qt. buttered casserole dish. Spread soup on top of mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
