Kelley's Mom's Shrimp Creole Ingredients

1 cup Green pepper chopped1 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 cup Onion chopped1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 cup Celery chopped1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 clove Garlic chopped1 dash Tabasco sauce to taste
8 ounce Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
3 tbs Olive oil 1/4 cup Water
1 pound Tomato chopped Shrimp
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

Instructions for Kelley's Mom's Shrimp Creole

Saute green pepper, onion, celery and garlic in oil. Add tomato sauce and then tomatoes. Add salt, sugar, chilli powder, worchestershire, and tobasco. Simmer about 30-45 minutes. Mix cornstarch in water and add to sauce. When mixture thickens, add shrimp. Heat and serve over rice.
