No Peek Chicken Pot (3 Points) Ingredients

1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup	2 cups Instant rice uncooked
1 package Dry onion soup mix	16 ounce Chicken breast skinned & boneless
2 cups water	1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions for No Peek Chicken Pot (3 Points)

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container combine chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, water, and uncooked rice. Stir in chicken, vegetables, and black pepper. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Gently stir just before serving.
