Bacon, Tomato and Blue Cheese On Focaccia Bread Ingredients

1 loaf Focaccia bread cut to sandwich size, sliced in half crosswise and toasted	1 tablespoon Mayonaise
9 strips Thick-sliced bacon cooked until crisp, but not crunchy	1 tablespoon Sour cream
2 large Tomatoes sliced	squeeze Fresh lemon juice
Fresh baby spinach	pinch Onion powder
Blue cheese spread Recipe below:	Salt and pepper to taste
1 oz Crumbled blue cheese

Instructions for Bacon, Tomato and Blue Cheese On Focaccia Bread

For the Blue Cheese spread, mash the blue cheese with a fork, then stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.

Spread both sides of toasted focaccia with blue cheese spread. Layer spinach, tomatoes and bacon on one half of the bread. Top with other half of focaccia.

Serve with potato or macaroni salad or chips.
