Ingredients


Preparation

?Preheat broiler

?Combine last 5 ingredients in a bowl, stir with a whisk

?Add peeled shrimp to maple mixture, tossing to coat.

?Cut prosciutto slices into strips, and wrap around marinated shrimp.

?Thread shrimp onto skewersand place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.

?Broil 3 minutes on each side or until done.

*Serve with couscous.

We love haveing these at the football games in winter. I change the filling to what I have on hand. But this is one of our fav fillings.
