Beef Tenderloin Roast with Wild Mushroom Sauce Ingredients

Cooking spray 1 cup Onion finely chopped
1 ea Beef tenderloin roast 2 teaspoon Garlic minced
1 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup Beef broth low sodium
1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup Sour cream low fat
2 cup Mushrooms wild4 tablespoons Parsley fresh chopped

Instructions for Beef Tenderloin Roast with Wild Mushroom Sauce

1. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Sprinkle steaks with pepper and salt. Add roast to pan; brown for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan, wrap in aluminum foil and place in 250? oven for 20 minutes.

2. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic to pan; saute 5 minutes. Stir in broth; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes.

3. Place sour cream in a medium bowl. Gradually add mushroom mixture to sour cream, stirring constantly with a whisk. Stir in minced parsley.

4. To serve, slice roast and coat with mushroom sauce
