Chocolate Surprise Cake - Gillian's Ingredients

1 10 inch Angel Cake 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
32 Marshmallows, Large 3 cups Whipping cream
1/3 cup Water 1 dash Salt
1 cup Semisweet chocolate

Instructions for Chocolate Surprise Cake - Gillian's

1. Slice off top of cake, set aside.
2. Cut down into cake, removing interior leaving 1 inch wall.
3. In medium Saucepan, combine marshmallows, water and salt.
4. Cook stirring constantly, over low heat until marshmallows melt.
5. Add Chocolate and vanilla; stir until chocolate melts.
6. Cool to room temperature.
7. Whip 1 cup of whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon into hollow portion of cake.
8. Replace top section of cake.
9. Frost with additional Whipping Cream.
