Cream Cheese Tarts - Therese's Ingredients

16 ounce Solid Cream Cheese 1 teaspoon Vanilla
3/4 cups Sugar 2 Eggs

Instructions for Cream Cheese Tarts - Therese's

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Blend Cheese and Sugar together.
3. Add eggs one at a time and mix each one well.
4. Add tsp. of Vanilla and mix until smooth.
5. Line a 12 Cup Cake Pan with large paper cups. Fill each about 3/4 full.
6. Bake for exactly 20 minutes.
7. Remove and cool - Centers will form a depression.
8. Fill with choice of pie filling (blueberry, strawberry or cherry all work well).
9. Refrigerate until served; can freeze if you like.
