Korean Potato Salad Ingredients

1 small waxy yellow potatoes peeled 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
3 small tricolor peppers sliced 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbs. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1 tsp. mustard

Instructions for Korean Potato Salad

Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, drain and cube.
Mix peppers, mayonnaise, mustard, sesame oil, sesame seeds and ginger powder in a serving bowl.
Fold the potatoes in and mix gently until blended. Cover and chill. Lasts 3 days in the refrigerator.
