Hash Brown Soup Ingredients

1 sauteed Onion 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
3 cans chicken broth 12 can of Evaporated Milk
1 bag Frozen Hash browns 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
1 can cream of Celery Soup

Instructions for Hash Brown Soup

Combine onion and broth, bring to boil. Add hash browns, bring to boil. Add soups (don't dilute) and evaporated milk, bring to boil. Add Cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Optional, serve with bacon bits on top.

Simple and delicious. Also, endless possibilities to vary: cooked meat, chicken or fish; saute carrots along with onion; add a little garlic to onion saute. I used low-fat everything (soups, butter, velveeta). Very Good!

This makes a lot. It did not say and I did not measure. This is from http://www.menus4moms.com. I highly recommend it. I used the Mexican Velveeta instead of the regular. It was a little spicy but my little ones ate it. [I posted this recipe.]
