Sweet and Hot Pickled Carrots Ingredients
1 cup Water
1 1/2 teaspoons
Kosher Salt
1 cup
Sugar
1
tea
spoon Chili Flakes
1 1/2 cup
Vinegar
2 ea Dried
chile
s
1 teaspoon
Onion powder
1 pound Baby
Carrots
1/2 teaspoon
Mustard
seed
Instructions for Sweet and Hot Pickled Carrots
1) Boil all the ingedients together (except carrots)
2) Let the liquid cool
3) Fill Mason Jar with Carrots
4) Pour liquid over carrorts
5) Seal jar
6) Refridgerate for 2 weeks
7) Eat and Enjoy
