Combine all ingredients, and salt to taste, in a small bowl, stir, and let sit at room temperature for a half hour to marry flavors. Or if not serving immediately, refrigerate until ready to use. For the best flavor, allow the salsa to warm up to room temperature before serving, as chilling mutes the flavor.
Serve over grilled fish.
