Pasta: Creamy Wild Mushroom Farfalle Ingredients

1 lb Farfalle bow tie pasta1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
12 oz Mushroom exotic presliced blend (shittake, oyster, etc)1/4 c White wine
1/2 c Onion chopped2/3 c Whipping cream
1/3 c Shallot chopped1/2 c Parmigiano-Reggiano grated
1 tablespoon Garlic minced2 tablespoon Parsley fresh, chopped

Instructions for Pasta: Creamy Wild Mushroom Farfalle

1. Cook pasta and drain.

2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add mushrooms, onion, shallots, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, cook 12 min or until liquid evaporates and mushrooms are tender, stirring constantly. Add wine, cook 2 min or until liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

3. Add cooked pasta, whipping cream, cheese, 2 tablespoons parsley, tossing gently to coat. Stir in remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Garnish with minced fresh parsley, if desired.

Add in pieces of chicken, if desired.
