Sausage Souffle Ingredients

1 pound Sausage crumbled6 Eggs beaten
6 slices Bread crumbled1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded Pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups Milk

Instructions for Sausage Souffle

Day before, fry & drain sausage. Alternate layers of bread, sausage & cheese in buttered casserole dish. Mix milk, eggs, salt & pepper, pour over above mixture. Cover & refrigerate. Next morning, bake at 325? for 1 hour or until eggs are done to taste. Serve hot with toast.
