Salmon: Bourbon Glaze Ingredients

3 tablespoon Brown sugar 1 tablespoon Lime juice
3 tablespoon Bourbon 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 lb Salmon
1 tablespoon Ginger fresh grated1/4 c Green onion thinly sliced
3 cloves Garlic minced1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions for Salmon: Bourbon Glaze

Combine first 7 ingredients in ziploc bag. Add fish and seal. Marinate for 1.5 hours, turning occasionally.

Heat large nonstick skillet over medhigh heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add fish and marinade to pan - cook fish 4 min per side or until flakes easily with fork. Serve fish with sauce and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
