Cauliflower Salad Ingredients

1 head Iceberg lettuce torn into bite-size pieces1 packet Splenda
1 head Cauliflower cut into florets1/2 cup Parmesan cheese green can is fine
1 Red onion sliced thinly1 pound Bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions for Cauliflower Salad

Layer (in order) in serving bowl: lettuce, cauliflower, onion slices.

Spread mayonnaise over top of onion layer, making sure to completely "seal" vegetables in.

Sprinkle with sugar substitute, then parmesan cheese.

Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, add bacon and toss lightly but thoroughly.
