Ingredients
Preparation
1. Put your pumpkin in the steamer with the skin on. It will peal off easy after cooking and who wants to fuss when you don't have to?
2. Put your pork in the steamer too and lay the rosemary stalks all over it and turn the steamer on for 25 minutes.
3. Cut your apple in half. In half again and then once more so you end up with eight pieces. Cut out any core bits then eat three of them. Put the rest on a tray sprayed with oil and spray them with a bit too. Pop into a hot oven and hang about till the steamer is done.
4. Peel the pumpkin and mash (with a drop of cream if you are naughty) and put in the middle of your dish. Lay the pork on the pumkin bed. Salt the meat and the punky. Pepper the pumpkin and the plate. Put the apple on any way that takes your fancy then sprinkle the lot with the cooked rosemary!
