Wet ingrediants in first.
use the tablespoon for oil first - then the honey won't stick to the spoon.
then dry ingredients (flour, grains, flour).
then yeast in a small well on top (ensure its separated from water).
Choose Whole Wheat Rapid setting
i like red river cereal,12 or 7 grain mix from the bulk store, wheat germ (1 tb), flax (1 tb), pine nuts, sunflower seeds, irish oats etc. (i try to put all that in !)... Keep your wheat germ, flax, and seeds/nuts in the freezer so they stays fresh (they can go rancid fast).
Do not increase the sweet portion of ingredients - this is the max amount at which the loaf will still rise. :)
