Sweet-spicy Pineapple Salad Ingredients

2 tablespoons Splenda 1/3 cup red cabbage - shredded
2 tablespoons Lime juice - fresh squeezed1/4 cup red onion - thinly sliced
1 pinch Salt - to taste1/4 cup Mint leaves - torn fresh
1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes - to taste1 Teaspoon lime zest - minced fine
1 cup fresh pineapple cubed

Instructions for Sweet-spicy Pineapple Salad

Simmer Splenda, lime juice, salt, and pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium until syrupy, about 4 minutes; cool.

Toss pineapple, cabbage, onion, mint, and lime zest together in bowl. Drizzle with cooled syrup and toss to coat.
