This is a wonderful salad I found this recipe in one of my taste of homes magazine's and now I just can't get enough of it! My husband even love's it and he's not a salad type of guy. It's perfect for a lunch outdoors on a beautiful sunny day.
in a large bowl, combine the first six ingredents. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediatly.
You can even add some walnuts to give a little extra crunch!
