Ingredients
- 1 box of Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake Mix. 1 Half Cu 1 can of cranberry Solid sauce, 2 Tablespoons of grated orange z
Preparation
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Mix Cake mix, 2 eggs, 1 can of Cranberry Solid Sauce, 1 half cup of orange juice, orange zest. Reserve 1/4 cup of Cranberry sauce for the glaze for the cake. Blend until well blended. Pour Batter in Bundt Pan. Put in the oven for 35 minutes. Prepare the Cranberry Glaze. Mix 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar and the quarter cup of cranberry sauce. When the cake is done, take out of the oven and poke holes with a knife in hot cake and pour the glaze on the cake and let the cake absorb the mixture for about 20 minutes before inverting the cake on a cake plate. When the cake is cooled sprinkle powdered sugar on the cake and put the cake covered in the Fridge for up to a week.
