Ingredients


Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl and stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover and chill.

Heat large nonstick skillet over high heat. Sprinkle both sides of fish with remaining 1/2 t salt and pepper. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add fish to pan and cook 3 min on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. PLace fillet on plate and top with 1.5 teaspoon butter mixture.

Unique flavor combination! My fillets were a bit thick so we had to turn down the heat to make sure they were cooked through properly. The recipe as written was a bit salty for our taste so we re-made the butter sauce without the salt and it was more to our liking. Thanks!
