Mom's Carrot Cake

Ingredients


Preparation

Combine sugar and oil, mix well. Sift together all dry ingredients. Sift 1/2 dry mixture into sugar and oil - blend. Sift rest of ingredients. Mix one egg at a time. Pour in pans - cook at 350? about 30 - 45 minutes.

Icing:

1 1/2 stick of butter

1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 1/2 block 8 oz cream cheese

1 1/2 box confectioners sugar

Let cheese and butter set at room temperature. Blend all together and ice cake.
