The Perfect Turkey Foreman Burger Patty = 5 Points Ingredients

1 1/4 pound ground turkey	2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese, fat free	1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 each Green onion	1/4 tsp. salt
2 teaspoons Minced garlic	1 each Egg white

Instructions for The Perfect Turkey Foreman Burger Patty = 5 Points

Preheat Foreman. If using Grillerator, heat to 350.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl just until blended. Shape into equal patties. Spray the patties with non-stick spray and grill the burgers for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired doneness or internal temp of 165.
