Toffee Crunch Grahams Ingredients

1 1/2 cups butter (no substitutes) (341 grams)2 cups Chopped pecans (or walnuts or almonds) (238 grams)
1 cup packed brown sugar (220 grams)12 Graham crackers each broken into 4 rectangles (180 grams)

Instructions for Toffee Crunch Grahams

Line a 10 x 15 pan w/foil. Place grahams on foil to cover pan. In saucepan combine butter and brown sugar, bring to boil stirring constantly. Pour over crackers in pan. Sprinkle w/ nuts. Bake at 400F for 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to rack to cool completely.
