My First Loaf - Raisin Walnut Bread

My first attempt at machine bread making, in my new Zojirushi Mini This recipe is for a machine that makes one pound loaves.

Servings: 8 Servings
Total Time (median): 3 : 35 Active Time: 0 : 05

US/Metric: [convert to metric]

Ingredients

  • 0.875 cup Water
  • 2.3333 cups Bread flour
  • 1.5 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons Dry milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 ; when beep sounds add
  • 0.25 cup Raisins
  • 0.25 cup Walnuts

Preparation

These ingredients are in the order my machine asks for. Follow directions for your own machine for best results.

This is a combination of two recipes, raisin bread, and walnut bread.

It cooled off enough to taste, and it's soooooo good. The crust is nice and crispy, and the inside is delicious. YUM Thank you Santa!! [I posted this recipe.]
