Salsa Ingredients

5 cups diced tomatoes 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups water 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
0.5 cup tomato paste 1 teaspoon course salt
0.5 cup fresh cilantro 1.5 tablespoons sugar
0.25 cup red onion 2 jalapeño peppers

Instructions for Salsa

Combine everything except for 2 1/2 cups of diced tomatoes into a blender (or food processor). Blend together until a smooth consistency is reached. Combine mixture and remaining tomatoes.

* Best if refrigerated for an hour before serving.
