Beef Tacos Ingredients

1/2 pound Ground beef 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
1/4 cup Chopped onion 4 Taco shells
1 teaspoon Green chilies chopped1/4 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Avocado chopped1/4 cup Cheddar shredded
2 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions for Beef Tacos

Crumble ground beef into a 4 cup microwavable measuring cup. Cover loosely and microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes to 2 minutes or until no longer pink; break up and drain. Stir in onion, chilies, salt, cumin and the garlic. Microwave uncovered 2 - 3 minutes or until moxture is hot and onion is tender.

Toss avocado and lemon juice. Stir avocado and tomato into beef mixture. Spoon into shells. Top with sour cream and cheese. Serve with taco sauce is desired.
