Broccoli Noodle Side Dish Ingredients

6 cups Wide noodles 1/2 pound Mushrooms fresh, sliced
4 cloves Garlic 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
1/4 cup Olive oil 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
4 cup Broccoli 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions for Broccoli Noodle Side Dish

Cook noodles. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute garlic in oil until tender. Add broccoli; saute for 4 minutes until crisp tender. Add mushrooms, thyme, pepper and salt if desired; saute for 2-3 minutes. Drain noodles; add broccoli mixture.
