Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - From Marshall Field's Bridge Restaurant Ingredients

1 3/4 Cups butter 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 3/4 Cups brown sugar firmly packed2 2/3 Cups flour
1 3/4 cups sugar 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 teaspoons salt 4 2/3 cups raisins
2 teaspoons baking powder 3 1/2 cups walnuts chopped
3 eggs

Instructions for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - From Marshall Field's Bridge Restaurant

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugars, salt and baking soda until light. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until blended. Add flour and oats, mix until blended. Add raisins and walnuts and mix until well distributed.

Drop batter by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets (I spray with Pam).

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
