Autumn Pork Chops Ingredients

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons Spicy brown mustard (or Dijon/regular)
4 Pork chops 3/4 in. thick (about 1 1/2 lbs.)1 tablespoon Honey
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbells Condensed Cream of Celery Soup generous dash Pepper
1/2 cup Apple Juice (or water)

Instructions for Autumn Pork Chops

1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chops and cook 10 mins. or until browned. Set chops aside. Pour off fat.
2. Add soup, apple juice, mustard, honey, and pepper. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 mins. or until chops are no longer pink.
