Adam's Rib Rub Ingredients
2 (3 lb) slabs of
pork
spareribs
2 T
pepper
1 T
garlic
powder
1 T
Worcestershire sauce
1 T Creole
season

Instructions for Adam's Rib Rub
Mix into paste and thoroughly coat ribs on both sides. Put a very small amount of water in a baking dish big enough to hold all ribs on one level. Then put a thin strip of your preferred BBQ sauce on the water. Place the ribs on top (meat side up) and bake in a 300 degree oven for about 3 hours. Serve from oven or put on grill for several moments to sear in flavor.
