100% would make this recipe for Wacky Cake again.
This is a non dairy non egg cake... so any one from the strictest vegans to the food critics love it. This recipe was passed down to me from my grandmother who got it from a neighbor during the depression hence the no eggs and no dairy. This cake is ultra mosit and versitle it makes layerd cakes bunt cakes and cup cakes.

Wacky Cake Ingredients
3 cups
flour
3/4 cup
vegetable oil
2 cups
sugar
2 Tbl. vinigar
1/2 cup
cocoa
2 tsp.
vanilla
1 tsp.
salt
2 cups water
2 tsp
baking soda
Instructions for Wacky Cake
Preheat oven to 355 degrees. Grease pan. Sift together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Once sifted create 3 wells in the dry mixture and fill with wet ingreidnts. Mix untill combined. Bake in oven for 30-45 min, untill knife inserted in center comes out clean. Place on cooling rack and frost when cooled.

All ovens are different in my grandmothers at 350 it only takes 30 min however in mine it takes 45. Thats the reason for the 15min gap on baking time. [I posted this recipe.]
