Chocolate-peanut Butter Snack Cake (6.5 Pts) Ingredients

1 package fat-free chocolate snack cake mix such as betty Crocker sweet rewards	1 large egg lightly beaten
3/4 cup water	nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup Dry roasted peanuts	1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions for Chocolate-peanut Butter Snack Cake (6.5 Pts)

1. Preheat oven to 375 oF.

2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk. Pour into a9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle marshmallowsover batter. Bake 375 oF for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick insertedin center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
