Black Bean Salsa Ingredients

1 can (19 oz) Black kidney beans drained and rinsed2 tablespoons Lime Juice
1 cup Corn kernels drained2 tablespoons Fresh coriander or parsley chopped
1 cup Tomatos diced1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil extra-virgin1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions for Black Bean Salsa

Join all ingredients in a medium size bowl mixt togheter delicately. Cut small pita bread in half and serve in pockets.
