In small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange juice and sherbet; blend until sherbet is melted and mixture is smooth. Chill until thickened but not set, about 30 minutes. Fold in oranges. Pour into oiled 4-cup mold or 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. To serve, unmold or cut into squares.
