Pasta with Roasted Red Peppers Ingredients

8 to 10 oz jar roasted red peppers drained and finely chopped2 cloves crushed garlic
2 Tbs olive oil 8 oz vermicelli cooked in very SALTED water, drained
1/4 cup chopped black olives (better quality is better...kalamata or something) grated fresh parmesan lots
1 Tbs chopped rosemary

Instructions for Pasta with Roasted Red Peppers

Mix everything but pasta and parmesan. Put drained pasta in a large serving bowl. Mix in the sauce and serve. Add parmesan at the table. As usual...have some bread and white wine. Mmmm.
