Quiche Lorraine Ingredients

1 frozen pie crust 2 cups heavy cream
1 Tbs softened butter 1/2 tsp salt
12 slices bacon crumbled1/4 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs beaten4 oz shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions for Quiche Lorraine

Brush the 1 T softened butter on crust. Mix everything else. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 425? for 15 mins. Then turn it down to 325? and cook for 35 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
