Korean Beef Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Flank
steak
or round steak
2 tbsp
Sesame oil
1/3 c
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Black pepper
1/3 c
Chicken broth
2 tbsp
Green onion
chopped
3 tbsp Sugar or
splenda
1 tbsp Fresh
garlic
crushed
2 tbsp
Sesame seeds
1 tsp Fresh
ginger
crushed
Instructions for Korean Beef
Combine everything but beef if a ziploc. Add beef, cut in thin, diagonal strips. Marinate overnight. Grill on skewers.
