Double Scotch Fudge Ingredients

12 ounces Butterscotch Chips 2 pounds Powdered Sugar
1 cup Scotch 1 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Instructions for Double Scotch Fudge

Melt the butterscotch chips in a microwave or double broiler, stirring.
Once the chips are melted, mix the scotch with the powdered sugar. Add the melted butterscotch and stir in the nuts.
Turn into a 13"x9"x2" pan and cover with plastic wrap.
Cool until just set and cut into squares.
