Maple-Blueberry Sauce Ingredients

0.25 cup Brown sugar packed 2 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
0.5 cup Maple Syrup 0.125 teaspoon Nutmeg
0.5 cup Water

Instructions for Maple-Blueberry Sauce

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Gradually blend in maple syrup and water.

Cook, stirring, until thick and bubbly, about 1 minute. Stir in blueberries, lemon juice and nutmeg. Cool slightly.

Spoon onto pancakes, waffles, ice cream etc..

Top with Whipped cream, if desired.
